Well thanks to pinetree developments we will.We only have one lift in this flat & the Lift has always had problems. See my earlier blogs where i have complained about them. If it isn't working then pinetree development`s standard answer was : Excessive weight than what the lift can carry has gone in leading to breakdown.Though not an expert in lifts i have seen similar occasions in buildings etc.

I moved into Pinetree Developments 1 year back. At the time of completion it wasnt suitable for habitation with family. When i pointed this out i was told ....please look into your contract. Went and reported about the gate.Annette was away.Elaine took down our complaint about the gate and the iron ball hitting the underside of the car.Also agreed the way the gate looked ...ie..the bent decorations was very uncharacteristic of a new gate.Both of them (annette & elaine) experienced hit under their cars from the iron ball / gate.But apparently nobody else from the building have
